Curling Logs
Pyramid Lake
Jasper National Park, Alberta
J in J 2015 - During the weeks celebrating Jasper in January, many events are held. Areas on Pyramid Lake were staged for sporting events, including an area that was cleared for curling. These curling stones were made from trees.
* For the month of January I will, once again, be posting images from my annual trips to Jasper in January.

on January 30, 2015Neat shot. I assume the curling is 'just for fun', since it would be hard to get any consistency in behavior of 'curling logs'.
